Complete documentation of work progress and quality documentation is currently requested more than ever. We already have a broad spectrum of metrological services for you.

Quality monitoring

If a railway worker contracts you to maintain the tracks and you have no expert personnel for monitoring the performance progress or work quality? Our competent employees are equipped with our rail measuring system and are happy to support you in determining all relevant data. Frequently, an initial estimate of the work performance is possible after only a short time, and strategic changes can be initiated if required.
The closing report can be used as basis for the audit.

Determine the equivalent conicity

Conicity measurements must be completed and documented, in order to release high speed tracks after rail replacement. With the DQM - digital cross profile measuring device and the DGM - digital gauge measurement system, two cross profiles per pole and the applicable track gauge are measured.  Using these data, the DQM Professional software and the "Conicity" add-on module calculate the equivalent conicity. These data are submitted to the ordering party or the expert agent.

Machine testing

You have a new rail conditioning machine (SBM), or you want to verify the procedural data? With our measurement technology it is possible to pace test your SBM, provide support for adjustment work and create work procedures tailored to your SBM. A detailed closing report with measurement documents can be used for the machine approval.
